| A granite cottage built by the Duchy of Cornwall in 1921 and still owned by Prince Charles, Annet has, in recent years, been sensitively modernised whilst retaining an elegant cottage character and now offers a double bedded room with en-suite shower and toilet room. This unusually large room overlooks our gardens and the flower farm fields beyond. | ![]() |

| Our English Tourism Council grading and classification is a clear indication of the high standard of the furnishings, decor and house keeping you can expect, whilst the welcome and our breakfasts have become legendary over the 15 or more years during which we have had the pleasure of welcoming guests to Annet Cottage. Although we are only a short stroll from Hugh Town, transport is available from the cottage, after breakfast, to St Mary's quay in time for the tripper boats. Please note that Annet Cottage is a no-smoking establishment. | ||

We regret that we are unable to accommodate children or pets. When booking a holiday to the Isles of Scilly you will be booking an offshore holiday. We advise you to consider holiday insurance for such contingencies as delayed departures because of weather or technical difficulties. Unfortunately there are times when holidays have to be cancelled for whatever reason and whilst every effort will be made to re-let cancelled accommodation you are advised that a charge of two thirds of the loss incurred will be made if the accommodation is not rebooked. An appropriate insurance proposal will be sent with your booking confirmation. Photography courtesy of Gibson-Kyne |
